Search the workout you want, where you want to do it and when you're actually free. Every trainer's profile shows what they've got — insurance and qualifications — so you can decide what matters for what you're booking.

For clients

Three steps, and one of them is turning up

01

Search your postcode

Pick the activity, your area and when you're free. You'll see who's actually available in that window — one-to-one, a private group with friends, or a place in an open class.

02

Request a slot

Found someone you click with? Book a single session - or 3, 5 or 10 sessions as a block and pay once. The trainer confirms, usually within a couple of hours.

03

Turn up and train

A park or a gym — you know which before you book, and what a day pass costs if one applies. Message them beforehand about anything they should know.

Open classes

Not just one-to-one. Book a place in a class.

From £8

Book how you like

Drop into one class, or book a block of sessions with the same trainer. No membership, no direct debit.

£1

Lower booking fee

The booking fee is £1 on a class place, whatever the session costs — it covers card processing and payment protection.

See spaces

Know before you go

Every class shows how many places are left, where it meets, and what level it's pitched at.

Trust & verification

We show what's there. We don't pretend one rule fits every sport.

A yoga session and a boxing session don't carry the same risk. What we do is make sure you can see exactly what each trainer has provided before you book — nothing is hidden, and nothing is invented.

Shown when provided

Public liability insurance

Not compulsory on Rally. Trainers can add insurer, cover level and expiry, and it shows on their profile. If a trainer hasn't added it, that's shown plainly too — worth checking directly if it matters for what you're booking.

Verified when shown

Qualifications

CIMSPA, LTA, England Athletics, England Boxing and the rest. A qualification only carries a verified badge once we've seen the certificate — until then it says pending, and clients can see that.

Earned, not bought

Reviews

Only from clients who completed and paid for a session. Trainers can't buy placement, and there is no promoted slot at the top of the results.

The session itself is an arrangement between you and the trainer. Rally handles the booking and the payment; it isn't a party to what happens during the session, and doesn't hold insurance on either side unless a trainer has told us they hold their own.

Working with gyms

We bring people through your door, not away from it

Plenty of our trainers work inside gyms and studios. Every one of those sessions sends someone in on a day pass — often someone who wouldn't have walked in on their own.

01

Paying visitors, not poached members

A client booking a gym-based trainer pays your entry fee on the day — and they see the price before they arrive, so nobody turns up surprised and nobody argues about it with your staff. Some of them stay, join, and become members you never had to advertise for.

02

Trainers become reps for your gym

When your trainers list on Rally, they bring their own clients through your door. They become reps for your gym — you get footfall without adding staff to your payroll.

03

Advertise your open classes, free

List your open classes on Rally for nothing. You set and control the price, and you only pay us for the places we actually fill.
